扎筏

項(xiàng)目介紹：

ü 參與者用給定的工具制作一個(gè)能夠承載全體隊(duì)員的木筏，駛到目的地并返回。

項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)：

ü 增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決問題的技能；

ü 學(xué)會(huì)迅速地找出解決問題的思路和流程；

ü 學(xué)習(xí)有效地掌控資源來達(dá)成目標(biāo)；

ü 了解評(píng)估的對(duì)象和方法；

ü 理解如何合理分工；

ü 理解意志力在完成工作中的重要性，鍥而不舍，不斷進(jìn)??；

ü 培養(yǎng)同舟共濟(jì)的意識(shí)，鼓勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部緊密合作。

Rafting

Brief introduction

ü The team builds up a raft that can contain all the numbers, get the destination and return.

Objectives

ü Foster team problem solving skills;

ü Be good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done;

ü Learn to marshal resources to get things done;

ü Learn what to measure and how to measure it;

ü Understand the importance of rational and clear assignments of tasks and people;

ü Understand how important the willpower is to complete tasks and to pursue things with energy, drive and a need to finish;

ü Build up the feeling of “We are in the same boat”, encourage collaboration in team.
